I seem to remember (and document) the big events in our lives - birthdays, holidays, job changes... But what I want to remember is the little things - the way David and I hold hands, the way Karsten looks with his hands behind his head without a care in the world, Skyla's giggle, and Sierra's ability to block the world when she's reading. So here's to what I want to remember the most... the little moments of our lives that equal a much bigger picture.

Knock Knock
Who's there? There's a special kind of pumpkin recycling here in Alaska...
I love looking at your blog...I never know what to expect!? Wow, you have quite the neighbors!!
I know I have said this before, but MUST say it again...you are such a FUN mom!! You can feel the love you have for your family and it is obvious they feel it too. You express yourself so well and I LOVE how you record the "small stuff"! These are the moments that fill our days with joy!
Your kids looked darling on Halloween! Karsten was a VERY SCARRY bear-did he scare his dad? Seirra is so creative, your american doll-I mean old fashion teacher was beautiful, and you made a great princess Leia! (wish we could have seen Dave!...and the table! It is no wonder your children are so creative! Thanks for sharing!!
Oh my gosh! I was laughing so hard last night when I read that on Dave's FB. Leave it to you to have your camera near and ready! What perfect pictures! That is hilarious! I bet your kids got a kick out of it. I love Dave's comment about the "moose saliva". Too funny! Now, when I come to visit, I expect to have lots of moose visitors! :)
Okay these pictures are amazing! This picture alone wants me to come visit! What a rare thing to capture on film. Most people don't get that experience in a lifetime. I love how you enjoy the moments and love where you are! What a fun, amazing place to be right now! And just think of the amazing experiences you are having! I agree with JoLyn you are a very fun mom! You children are beautiful! Tell David hello and we really need to come visit! It looks gorgeous where you are!
