Why is it that the people in our lives that mean the absolute most often times get the short end of the stick??? Time for change. And I don't need to go see a wizard to know what I need. :)
I seem to remember (and document) the big events in our lives - birthdays, holidays, job changes... But what I want to remember is the little things - the way David and I hold hands, the way Karsten looks with his hands behind his head without a care in the world, Skyla's giggle, and Sierra's ability to block the world when she's reading. So here's to what I want to remember the most... the little moments of our lives that equal a much bigger picture.

Reality Check
I wish I had the know-how of Super Nanny, the patience of Mary Poppins, and the ability to laugh off everything. Instead, this is what my kids have gotten lately...

And haven't you ever seen Wicked? Elphaba (the green witch) is actually a really nice witch that everyone makes out to be bad. So maybe you're a really nice witch that is just looking bad right now. :)
That's what Christmas is all about. Throw a couple gifts at them on Christmas day and they will forget all about it,and you will be the "Good Witch". At least this is what I am hoping for!

There is absolutely no way you can convince me of anything other than-- you are just about the nicest person I have EVER met! You can't even make a mad face (hehe:) Good luck convincing everyone else... maybe they will fall for it.
BTW, if Dave thinks she's hot, you've struck gold. Eat whatever you want, never shower, wear face masks all day (preferably green) and see what you can do about growing some of these wart things. Also, I think it gives you free license to be in a bad mood for say... the rest of your life. I think it would be hard on you but you would only be giving him what he wants;) What a nice gift:)

We've all been there. I made June cry the other morning when I came out of my bedroom, looked at her, and yelled, "Hey! Why did you take off all your clothes?!" She dissolved into tears with the heaving sobs.
How did you get a picture of me? ha ha! That is how I've been feeling lately too.
And yea right Mindy...you ARE the NICEST person ever! Seriously, you have helped me to be a better person and mom for sure.
I am soo glad to know I am not the only one that has bad days, no WEEKS!!! Don't worry, our kids are VERY forgiving---it's what saves me!

I personally think it's not you at all! My kids get so whacked out this time of year! Hang in there! And try to get some more sleep, in that picture your skin is starting to look greenish... :)

I agree with Marianna and still believe that you don't actually sleep and that is how you are so AMAZING.
Anyways, witches should stick together and that is why we need to hang out...soon.
