I seem to remember (and document) the big events in our lives - birthdays, holidays, job changes... But what I want to remember is the little things - the way David and I hold hands, the way Karsten looks with his hands behind his head without a care in the world, Skyla's giggle, and Sierra's ability to block the world when she's reading. So here's to what I want to remember the most... the little moments of our lives that equal a much bigger picture.

Christmas came early!
We have the best friends in the whole world... they came to Alaska in the middle of winter to visit us!! We can't think of a better Christmas present than this.
What fun! BTW, thanks for letting Dave come visit us. You should have seen my parents. To quote my dad, "Mom was blubbering." I said dad you were pretty much blubbering, too. I don't think I have ever seen my dad cry like that, well actually if ever!
I was hoping to get to see some photos of the dynamic six reunited! What about the other four kids ;)? I can't wait to see more photos. Have fun this week!!!
