My goal for tomorrow...

My goal for the day is to FIND MY KEYS!!! They've been missing since Friday night when I was doing the frantic last minute cleaning because there was a baby shower about to take place at my house. I swept everything (including my keys) into something (what WAS it?) so I could quickly hide the clutter and my house would appear to be clean. I specifically remember seeing my keys thinking "Good thing I see them because later I would wonder what happened to them." What was it I put all that stuff into? In my search I have cleaned out two baskets (yes, full of junk), one closet, and reshuffled my desk clutter several times. Nothing. Why am I taking the time to write this in my blog? So that I can remember the insane amount of time I have spent in my life simply looking for keys...

But at least the baby shower went great!

I have to laugh because I do this ALL THE TIME! I put things somewhere and think, I will remember where I put them.

We are currently searching for our Netflix movie (going on 3 weeks now) and my receipts to be reimbursed for the ward talent show...I think they are together.

Good luck with your keys!

I hope you find them! I was going to comment earlier today and tell you I have the same problem (missing for a week!) only my keys have a school key on it and costs $1000 to replace! I told Sydney if we didn't find them I would have to pay all that money and we wouldn't be able to save for Disney Land...at 5pm today Savannah brought them to me, they were in Summer's room! Now if I could only find my sunglasses! They went missing with my keys...

I have to put my keys in the same place every day. I would go mental or have a heart attack if I couldn't find them. I lost my wallet once and I was very close to a breakdown (this was when I was commuting back and forth between here & Dallas, TX and I HAD to have ID to get on the plane) and Dave was being all casual about it - "Don't worry...we'll find it...Tra-La-La" - I was close to punching him. Then Karen D. calls and says my wallet was at her place. We had stopped by the night before and it had fallen out of my pocket.

I hope you find them! Involve the kids in your "treasure hunt." Whoever finds them gets your eternal love. :)

I love Mindy's idea! Get the kids involved. If your Karsten is anything like my guy-- Keys mean cars--- enough said. You never know. Let me know if you organize a search and rescue... I'll be there.
