I seem to remember (and document) the big events in our lives - birthdays, holidays, job changes... But what I want to remember is the little things - the way David and I hold hands, the way Karsten looks with his hands behind his head without a care in the world, Skyla's giggle, and Sierra's ability to block the world when she's reading. So here's to what I want to remember the most... the little moments of our lives that equal a much bigger picture.

Tuna Casserole
It's been a LONG time since I've had tuna casserole. And today there wasn't anything else that I could even be tempted with. Maybe it was having sick kids home this entire week. Maybe it was the fact that it was snowing. Again. Maybe it was the fact that I was sick the past two days. Who knows, but can I just say that it was the most delicious meal I've had in a long time. I'm going to go get seconds.

oh I'm sorry that you and the kiddos have been sick all week..... where are your Visiting teachers when you need em? Maybe I need to make you some more Salmon Chowder? That does look like a delicious tuna casserole though!
LOL I've never heard of tune making a person feel better. Sorry to hear you and the kiddos are sick. Feel better.

MMMmmmm! That looks YUMMY! Ooh, how I wish I lived by you so I could not only enjoy your company and the company of my sweet nieces, nephew, and brother, but so I could also enjoy your YUMMY food! Man, I loved your cooking while I was visiting and I swear because of it, I was stuffed, yet still lost almost 10 lbs! Unbelieveable! :)
